A very nice atmosphere and place to dine. And a good cup of coffee.

I went here for lunch during the week. The service was really nice, and our food came out quickly. I got a turkey sandwich, and it was huge and incredibly filling. The pricing was okay. I spent just under $20 for two people. If I'm ever in the area, I will definitely visit again.

Amazing. Super fresh and quality food. I ordered a soup and salad, and it came with a hefty side of fresh baked bread sliced an inch thick, served with softened Wisconsin butter. A real treat. Coffee was great too! Very happy I stumbled in here for lunch.

Delicious soups, salads, sandwiches, coffee drinks, teas, desserts, and ice creams. I love the decorative antiques, and the friendly smiles. Just don't be in a big hurry. It can get busy.

Wonderful eatery and friendly staff

Great food, though not all is fresh*. Decent sized portions. Service has been slow & awkward both times we've done here.*You could see into the kitchen where the cook was pouring Lays & nuking soups, seemingly from frozen.Will have to stop back to try the coffee and desserts!

Ok, here is a brutally honest review. The food is average. The cheddar potato soup is pretty good. Great, fresh bread. They are often under-staffed and slow, so don't ever go there if you have to be someplace. I have noticed over the years that the owner seems to favor hiring male workers over females. And...the owner seems to sit in her office, no matter how busy it is, and doesn't lift a finger out in the restaurant. Ever. I have watched many times during busy periods...she will comes out for something, walk past dirty tables with people waiting for seats...and do absolutely nothing. The staff will be slammed, and she returns to the comfort of her office and shuts the door. I have seen the husband there a few times, he seems to care and help. Not her. It's entertaining to watch :)

Great coffee! Way to ring the bell with the Bell Ringer! Destroyed the turkey & cheddar panini-so good. Make it a point to stop if you’re in Sparta.

Cool little place. Sandwiches are good (Removed one star because prices are a little high considering they just come with a handful of chips). Very good coffee drinks.

Amazing place in the heart of downtown Sparta. Earthly vibes and chill lights makes this place worthy of a small delights.

Great sandwich, bread was fresh and moist. Service was prompt and my food came out quickly. They also have Chocolate Shoppe ice cream, so that is a plus! Lots of coffee options, though I didn't try any. Prices were as to be expected for a quaint little sandwich shop (~$7 for chips and sandwich).

Our shake barely tasted like Blueberry. The vanilla Coke tasted flat. The workers weren't very friendly.

A good place to take in. Reuben has just the right balance of ingredients to taste everything. Be sure to order a phosphate as a throwback to the soda fountain days. There is a lot of memorabilia that makes up a neat atmosphere. Service is good and there is outdoor dining on a deck out back.

The coffee was tasty. Ordered a dark roast , and was not disappointed. Cozy place with a lot of eclectic decorations. Good place for a private conversation.

As a repeat customer, I went in and sat down.(before 10am) A gentleman asked if we wanted breakfast, to which we replied yes. He kindly said they only had muffins and pastries, then energetically encouraged us down the road to a cafe who served eggs n such. It's a kind heart like that, who's looking out for other local business. ... that's what will keep me coming back to Ginnys ♡♡
